We contracted with Banner Homes to build our house in December of 2023. They broke ground in early 2024 and finished ahead of schedule in June of that year. The entire process was a positive experience. The choices were clear and the costs transparent. Their realty representative, Kevin Nunn, became our agent and switched hats to get us the best deals, lowering our end costs to less than what we’d expected. Lisa and Buffi on the design team were fun to work with, and while we came in with some experience and ideas of our own, their input improved upon them. The construction crew led by Travis and including Brayden and Ira were approachable, patient, and good-humored. The chief contractor, Steve Hurley, proved to be a man of his word when there was a water leak issue on the day we moved in. We called Kevin and within an hour, both he and Steve were both on site to address the problem: a loose dishwasher connection with subsequent floor damage. That night Steve promised to “make things right” and the next day workers began a process that took merely a couple of weeks, ending with a literally “good as new” result. It’s been a little over a year and we love our home and appreciate the quality of construction and the ongoing relationships we’ve had with Banner Homes and Tradition Realty’s Kevin Nunn and Mandi Mack. Moreover, as members of a development where Banner houses continue to be built we’ve learned that other new homeowners have had the same positive experience. As such, we can recommend Banner Homes and Tradition Realty without reservations.

This is our 4th new home build. It has been by far the smoothest and most enjoyable build we have experienced. We really liked Banner’s process for selecting colors, finishes, etc. Lisa and Buffi did an outstanding job of guiding us through the selection process. We purchased our Banner Home in 2019 when we relocated to the Pacific Northwest. We knew it was the right home for us when we walked in and were greeted by an over abundance of natural light. The placement of the windows fills the open concept kitchen, dining and living room with light even in the winter months. It was important for us to find a home that didn’t have the staircase by the front door allowing for a welcoming hallway that leads to the first level of the home. We were equally impressed by the quality of the materials used from the beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen, on the massive island and the craftsmanship of the mill work. The pass through fireplace, from living room to the patio, is perfect while enjoying an evening of star gazing. The layout out of the bedrooms, master and ensuite on the main, bonus room and additional bedrooms on the upper lever, gives our almost 3000 sq.ft. home a very cozy and homey feeling. We highly recommend Banner Homes to buyers who expect a higher level quality home which you will love coming home to.
